  • What is your return policy?

    Our goal at Fabulous Fit is to create the most useful dress forms and pads and maintain top-notch support. Part of that commitment to support is our return policy.

    If the item you received is defective or the order was not filled out properly on our part please email info@fabulousfit.com within 30 days of receiving the items, we will replace it (or the defective part) at no cost to you.

    Should you not be satisfied with the product or just have a change of heart, we will gladly accept the return and refund your order in its entirety, minus the shipping costs ($40/ dress form and $15/ padding system), provided that it is within 30 days of your having received the item.

    Please Note: We cannot accept returns from international orders.

  • I have a coupon code. How can I apply it to my order?

    Here at Fabulous Fit, we make quality dress forms and pads and do not employ large markups. Therefore, we do not usually issue coupon codes. When we do, they can be entered in the coupon code section of the shopping cart page or during the checkout.

  • How can I place an order?

    Orders can be placed online through the website at any time or you can call the office (732-978-9779) during our normal business hours. If you are unable to reach us, leave a message and we will try to get back to you as soon as we can.

  • what about a product/ size listed as out of stock or not listed at all?

    If a product you desire is listed as out of stock please do not hesitate to reach out to us by email and we will try to get you an estimate of when we will be getting the product back in stock. We will also be able to create a pre-order to guarantee you will receive the product once we get it.

    If the product is not listed at all but is within our product spectrum, we should be able to look into this for you.

  • what about placing a large order?

    We do large orders all of the time. That said, for very large quantities, we would ask that you reach out to us beforehand so that we can make sure that our warehouse can accommodate the order. We might also be able to reduce some of the shipping costs as large orders can sometimes be shipped using less expensive methods.

  • can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?

    Orders can certainly be cancelled before they ship. As we try to ship out orders as soon as possible, please try to contact us immediately. If the item has already shipped then please see our return policy (the first question).

  • I have placed an order but I have not received any confirmation email...

    This can happen from time to time. The first thing you should do is to check the spam folder in your email box as your mailbox settings might have redirected our email there. If the email is not in your spam folder, it is possible that a misspelling was made in the email address when the order was placed. Please let us know about this so that we can change it right away.

  • how long will it take my order to ship and arrive?

    We are usually able to ship out your order within 1-3 business days of placement. We ship from our warehouse in Lakewood, NJ (or through our factory in Vermont) which can take 1-5 days of actual shipping time to anywhere in continental United States. The UPS shipping times are illustrated in the map above.

  • I need the product pronto! Can I get it expedited?

    There should be expedited shipping options shown at checkout. We do our best to also speed up the processing times for expedited orders.

    Alternatively, if you are ok with the normal UPS Ground shipping option but would like request that we expedite the order processing, please contact us.
